Church name and color are synced from Group/student info. Edit guest count and optional extra seats here before you generate seating. Extra seats add reserved seats without changing the guest number.

Portable backup: from UnifiedAutomationSuite/SuperAutomationHub.html use Export Local Backup for one JSON with every tool (including guest counts, layouts, and generated seating here); move that file to another PC and Import Local Backup.

Master list: Group/student info. Hub sessions use per-slot keys under SuperAutomationHub.churchColors.v1; standalone, MasterDataCenter.v1.churchColorsJson (and CSV).

Pasting the guest list into email HTML for email copies the styled table to the clipboard—open a new message, click in the body, and paste (Ctrl+V / ⌘V). Use HTML format if your app asks. If rich paste fails, try this page over HTTPS or allow clipboard permission and click again.

Save from the browser (optional): After generating, you can use the browser’s print or “Save page as” if you need a file; the button itself no longer downloads a file.
Attachment: Some teams attach a separate file instead of pasting HTML—use CSV here or save HTML from another tool if your workflow needs it.
