Colors a staff row on the schedule automatically, by their Staff Roster type. A cell's own duty preset color (below) always takes priority over this.
Same sections and layout as the "Individual Group Info" posts already shared in the Retreats Teams channel — Individual Group Info, Housing, Meeting Spaces, Programming, Meals, Arrivals, Surprises — with each group's own color carried through as a dot and colored name on every line that's theirs. Meals aren't color-coded — just a plain list with combined guest counts. Click a swatch to change a group's color.
One table per day of the weekend -- the groups on property that day at the top (auto-filled from their booking profiles), then each staff member's duty underneath. Lives only in this tool; it's never pushed to Asana.
This is exactly what gets created when you push -- one project, one section per area, one task per building/activity with each group's specifics listed underneath.
