Import your source CSV files, then use this page as a live roster dashboard for assignments, limits, staffing, run status, and exports.
Read-only snapshot of this session: which datasets are loaded, roster color counts, churches on the roster, imported church–color mappings, and pick vs. assignment alignment. Use Data & import to load or replace CSV files.

Entries from your Church Colors / group list (shared with Group & student info). Used to map roster church names to camp colors.

Session name for exports and print headers is set in the Super Automation Hub bar at the top of the suite (same label for Bible study, worship guest lists, and this roster).
This page autosaves your working copy in the browser (same keys other tools read, e.g. Staff Center) so refresh and tab switches stay in sync. For a full snapshot or restore of everything in the suite — POI, Staff, Bible, Worship, Group/student info, etc. — use the Super Automation Hub bar: Export Local Backup, Import Local Backup, and Clear Local Data. That JSON file is the portable baton between computers (per-tool CSV/Excel exports are add-ons, not a substitute).

Same idea as SuggestRunPlanFromUnchosen.ts: only camps with 10+ students who have any non-chosen POI qualify. For each qualifying camp + rotation (1st–3rd), among students mismatched on that rotation, count which ActivityLimit.csv–matched picks they listed; suggest the most common pick that is not yet Run-open in Running activities by color & rotation (if every common pick is already open, the top pick is still shown). This does not edit assignments — turn on Run, then use Fix pick mismatches.
Click Suggest runs for mismatches (button above) to analyze the current roster.

Pick a color (or all), then a rotation (same as Excel columns for CreatePOI1Rosters.ts–CreatePOI3Rosters.ts). Every activity in that rotation appears in its own table. Use Print this activity on each block to print only that roster, or Print all shown activities to print all currently shown rosters at once. Click column headers in each student table to sort.
POI 1–3 are the same activity dropdowns as on Full roster (choices = activities in use for that color and rotation). Click column headers to sort.

Per-activity min/max participants and staffing. Import once from Data & import (one activity requirements CSV); after that, this page keeps the working copy in the browser — add, edit, or remove activities here without re-uploading unless you choose to import again. Saving: the table is stored inside your POI roster project in this browser (localStorage), with the same fields mirrored under the Staff Automation Center’s activityReqTable key. Re-importing a CSV from Data & import replaces those rows unless you cancel. Rows are merged by activity name (exact match first, then the same fuzzy rules as elsewhere on this page). The table is grouped into Special, POI, then Recurring (by Type). Click a row to open the editor below, then use Remove activity… there if needed. Type is POI, Recurring, or Special only (legacy Other → Special). POI and Recurring names sync to the Staff tab. Edits autosave after a short pause.
No activity requirements file loaded.

Special assignments
One bulk-assignment column per activity whose Type is Special on Activity requirements (e.g. Kitchen, Disc golf). Use that section to list who holds each special role (those activities are not duplicated as certification columns below). Paste from Excel into a box; Add listed assigns every name in the box to that activity, then clears the box — names must exactly match a row on the staff roster. Totals compare to Total staff on the matching row. Everyone else stays POI or Utility (set Utility in the staff CSV import column if needed).
Evening off by camp day (matches POI rotation blocks: Day 2 = first rotation, Day 3 = second, Day 4 = third). Staff listed here skip POI assignment for that block. Under Day 2, pick core group 1–6 for Shack and for Outlets; Day 3 and Day 4 fill automatically with the next groups (e.g. 1→2→3, 6→1→2). Staff in those groups won’t appear in the night-off picker. Then choose a name (grouped by nights off so far; red = fewer, green = more) and Add to night off.
No staff roster loaded.
Use Special assignments and Night off above. Certification columns match the POI and Recurring activity names on the Activity requirements tab (same order and spelling); Special roles are assigned in the section above.

Load staff roster, activity requirements, and roster data to generate schedule.
Nine separate tables: each camp color × POI rotation matches one column on the staff schedule (Green / Blue / Orange × Day 2 / Day 3 / Day 4). Within each table, POI & session rows are listed first (most understaffed first), then Recurring rows (same order). See the note below on Tubing vs certification counts.
