Map
The zones the crew sees, colored by when they were last cut.
Upload zones from Google Earth
Draw each cutting zone as a polygon in Google Earth, then export them as one file.
- Google Earth on the web: open the Projects panel, click the ⋮ menu on your mowing project, then Export as KML file.
- Google Earth Pro (desktop): right-click the folder with your zones and choose Save Place As… (KMZ is fine).
- Give every polygon a clear name, like “Lodge Lawn.” The name is what the crew sees, and cut history follows it, so keep names the same when you reshape a zone.
Zones
Change how many days a zone goes between cuts (7 unless you change it). “Log a cut” records one for the crew if someone forgot to tap.
No zones yet. Upload your Google Earth file above.

These were in an older upload but not the latest one. They’re hidden from the crew; their history is kept.
Crew code
The crew enters this once on each phone. Change it if it gets out (everyone will need the new one).
